Luke Netherclift is a 21 year old Entrepreneur passionate sustainability, Mental Health and Entrepreneurship. Luke started his entrepreneurial journey when he 12 by setting up a cake business and going door to door selling cakes. Luke continued his passion for entrepreneurship by co-founding The People’s Backpack, a social enterprise set up to support refugees. It was during his time of running it that he understood how important mentors, skills development and an entrepreneurial mindset can have in your professional and personal life. That is where the idea and passion for The Human Entrepreneur came from and Luke is passionate about helping early-stage entrepreneurs to tackle key issues in society through mindful entrepreneurship. The Human Entrepreneur is now an Apple top 20 Entrepreneurship podcast and has developed a large community of entrepreneurs around the world. Luke has given a significant amount of talks, podcasts and workshops on mental health in entrepreneurship, advice for early-stage entrepreneurs, sustainability, Gen Z, Design Thinking and personal branding. Luke studies sustainability and Business at Warwick University where he also works as a Warwick Innovation Fellow.
